In this Policy, "App" or "Apps" means any of our mobile applications that link to this Policy, including Wishday, Pawmix, Lumen Lines, Labelwise, Verseora, Thread & Needle, Theme Park Hype: Queue Game, Crema: cozy cafe tycoon, Gravity, Neon Alibi: Detective Mystery, Velvet Acres: Cozy Farm Game, Athanor: Alchemy Puzzles. Not every App uses every feature described below — each section says which Apps it applies to.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR (EEA/UK, where applicable) and the CCPA/CPRA (California residents, where applicable).

By using an App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Summary

• Our Apps do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Content you create is stored on your device. We do not run our own servers that store your data.
• Some Apps send a photo or text you choose to an AI provider to create a result (see section 3.2).
• Wishday can read your calendar, including Google Calendar if you connect it, to find birthdays (see section 3.3).
• Thread & Needle and Gravity show ads in their free versions; ad partners may use your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking (see section 3.5).
• We do not sell your personal data to data brokers.
